I’d be interested in the Fine Tuning special on my iMac running OS X 10.6.7. Do I need to make an appointment and what do I need to bring in? It uses a back up drive for Time Machine. Would that need to come, too.

We definitely recommend regular maintenance, like our spring cleaning packages, for any computer in regular use. A MacBook Pro is such a work horse computer it should last you awhile longer. We would need to schedule an appointment for this service, and yes, choosing The Works would allow us to dig a little deeper to look for your lost applications. We can’t guarantee that we’ll find them as we don’t know more about your particular situation and what might have happened, but we’d be happy to give it a shot!

If I bring my MacBook Pro, which is just over 3 years old, in for “The Works” will you be able too find some of the Microsoft Software which I know was on it, but I now can’t find?
Because of the age of my computer, do you think it is worth having this done?
Do I need an appointment.
